Spiced Pumpkin Coconut Smoothie
Whip up your own spiced pumpkin coconut smoothie using Rebel Kitchen Chai Mylk!
- 2 cups Rebel Kitchen Chai Mylk
- 2/3 cup pumpkin puree (we blended raw pumpkin in the blender/Vita-Mix)
- 1 1-inch knob of fresh ginger
- 1 cup crushed ice
Optional - top with coconut flakes (fresh or toasted)
- Blend Chai Mylk, pumpkin puree, ginger and ice in blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste and add more spice (cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric or ginger) if needed.
- Top with coconut flakes
