Spiced Pumpkin Coconut Smoothie

Whip up your own spiced pumpkin coconut smoothie using Rebel Kitchen Chai Mylk! 

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Rebel Kitchen Chai Mylk
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree (we blended raw pumpkin in the blender/Vita-Mix)
  • 1 1-inch knob of fresh ginger
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Optional - top with coconut flakes (fresh or toasted)

 

Directions:

  • Blend Chai Mylk, pumpkin puree, ginger and ice in blender and blend until smooth.
  • Taste and add more spice (cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric or ginger) if needed.
  • Top with coconut flakes
