Rebel Oats for Two!

Making breakfast for you and a special someone? Start your day with this nutrient rich recipe! 


2 cups - Gluten free oatmeal

1 Tbs Flax meal

1 Tbs Chia seeds

Pinch of salt

1 tsp Maple syrup

1 Tbs Nut butter of your choice

1/3 cup chopped dates or other dried fruit (raisins, etc)

2 Tbs shredded coconut

1/2 cup your favorite fresh fruit (chopped)

3/4 cup Rebel Kitchen Chocolate Mylk



  • Prepare oats according to directions and add flax meal, chia seeds, and salt while oats are boiling.
  • At the end add remaining ingredients
  • Enjoy your breakfast together!
