Chocolate Mylk Pineapple Jello

  • 1 carton of Rebel Kitchen Mylk - we chose Chocolate 
  • 4 tablespoons agar-agar flakes or 4 teaspoon agar-agar, powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 small can shredded pineapple or use the equivalent in fresh pineapple (we did!)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice


  • combine pineapple juice and agar agar in sauce pan and stir until dissolved bring to a soft simmer
  • add coconut milk, salt, shredded coconut and pineapple
  • cook an additional minuted after you bring to a simmer
  • pour into serving containers
  • chill until jelled
