The Simple Green Smoothie Formula

We loooove our greens. Even better blended, with some fruity additions and fancy toppings. Substitute mylk for water if you fancy – whatever you choose, this is such an easy and tasty way to get some of your 5 a day!
2 Cups Leafy Greens 
(Spinach, Kale, Romaine, Dandelion, whatever greens you have!)
2 Cups Liquid Base
Any Rebel Kitchen mylk you fancy ;-)
3 Cups Ripe Fruit
(Banana, Berries, Avocado, Pineapple, Mango)
You know what we’re gonna say, right? Whack those bad boys in a blender, whizz for 30 seconds, done! Easy as pie!
If you’re feeling adventurous, boost it with:
★  Chia Seeds
★  Coconut Oil
★  Almond Butter
★  Hemp Seeds
★  Hemp Protein Powder
★  Flax Seeds
★  Cacao
★  Cinnamon
★  Açaí Powder
