Chocolate Beet Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pear
  • Squeeze of 1/2 orange
  • 1 beet (either juiced first or blended into smoothie raw for more pulp feel)
  • 2 sprigs of chard
  • Rebel Kitchen Choc Mylk

*This recipe is not very sweet. Add a natural sweetener of your choice if desired - honey, maple syrup, dates, etc.
